Congratulations on your selection of personnel for you Ishpeming Store! I purchased our Freelander in '08 in Esky and have had all the service on it done in Ishpeming. I can't say enough good words about Bruce and Josh. They are the best customer service people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! As a female owner who is not in any way mechanically inclined, I really appreciate their helpfulness and patience.

I would like to commend your service dep't. for their excellent manner in which they handled my repairs and their contact with insurance adjusters.
In particular, Michelle, as she was constantly on top of my questions and requests. She kept my aggravations with the insurance adjusters at a minimum, and she kept me informed of the progress of my repairs.
I appreciate the way she handled my account.

JoAnn and I wish to extend a huge thank-you to your Service, Parts and Maintenance Techs in Escanaba.
In July of this year, I noticed a crack in the back fiberglass panel of our 2015 Flagstaff Classic Trailer.
Kamie took some pictures and sent them off to Forest River. She got approve to repair the crack under warranty. Shortly thereafter, the brakes were making squealing noises and had been most of the summer. No matter what I did to get them to self-adjust, they still squealed. Just before our Sept. camping club outing, I took it in to have the braked checked and the back panel repaired. Denise asked when we wanted it back. I told her before the 8th of Sept. The Service folks called me and said all four brake assemblies had to be replaced. What a bill that would have been. It seems the brakes were never self-adjusting and wore completely out. Jerry in Parts made some calls to the axle manufacturer and got us all new brake assemblies, under warranty.
Jerry worked with the axle folks, received the parts and got them installed a day before we had to be at the annual Hilltop round-up. The back panel had been repaired and completely re-painted.
Thanks to Denise, Kamie, Kristen, Michelle and John in Service. Thanks to Jerry in Parts for ordering and receiving the parts in such a short time. Finally, thanks to the Maintenance Techs for getting us back on the road. Everyone truly lived up to the name of your company, Hilltop RV Superstore.
Also, Daisy thanks all the Hilltop folks for the dog treats she enjoyed on our many trips to your dealership.
