My wife and I would like to thank Hilltop R.V.Superstore of Ishpeming organization for their outstanding help in purchasing a new R.V. and equally important their performance to satisfaction after the sale. We would like to especially thank Gary Perala for his ability to manage the sale and Dave Korpi for his assistance and consultation. Our experience confirms that we would not hesitate in purchasing another R.V. from them in the future. Thanks again to the entire Hilltop team.

Good morning Steve,
Just a short thank you for providing my wife Cheryl and I with our new 2010 Keystone Cougar as we drove our first 5th wheel home to Kingsford on March 31, 2010.
A special note of thanks for the great job that Cory Walker did answering all of our questions and making us feel like members of your RV family. He always returned our phone calls and replied promptly to our e-mail messages.
Also, please personally thank Dan in service for the excellent commitment in providing all the right answers to our many questions during our orientation before leaving Hilltop RV with our retirement dream 5th wheel.

To All of the Service Department,
Thanks so much for your fast and efficient service when you replaced our air conditioner on our Jayco Eagle 5th Wheel.
Of course, it has been "jumping up and down" during this hot spell, been running day and night with no problems.

Dear Hilltop RV Superstore, Escanaba MI,
I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to the parts department at Hilltop. The bearings failed on one of our wheels about 13 miles west of Manistique on the way to Tomahawk, WI. Our 1989 Prowler 18.5 5th wheel uses the old Dexter 10 by 1 and a half inch hubs, which are now discontinued. Cheryl and Jerry were able to find the parts we needed and wasted no time ordering them for next day delivery.
Unfortunately, the manufacturer did not ship the package, and when we showed up the next day to pick it up, Cheryl and Jerry dropped everything to figure out what went wrong and arranged to have our part shipped to us at our destination. They were also able to set us up with what we needed to get us back on the road.
One of the races would not seat properly into the hub so I was able to epoxy a new race into the hub in order to get us the 200 miles we needed to go. My new hub showed up the next day in Tomahawk, just like they had arranged for.
Unfortunately, while our brakes seemed fine when we set back out from Manistique, they were no longer serviceable one we reached our destination. I guess the heat created from the bearing failure compromised the brake pads and there was nothing left of them by the time we got to Tomahawk.
After a trip to the parts store in Tomahawk, I realized I was not going to be able to get what I needed easily. I called every parts store and RV dealership within a hundred miles of Tomahawk and no one had what I needed, seemed to be able to order them in a timely manner, or could assure me that what I ordered would be the right part. Hilltop was listed in the Tomahawk phone book, so I thought I would give them a call to see if they could help me again. Again, Cheryl seemed to drop everything and contacted the manufacturer to see what the problem was. In order to assure she ordered me the right parts, she called me back after consulting with the manufacturer and asked that I send a picture of the brake assembly, as my description of it did not seem to match the manufacturers description.
It was Friday afternoon, and while she was not able to get me new brakes before we were to travel the 600 miles back home to Sudbury, Ontario Canada, on Sunday she arranged to send me the hard to find parts for my old trailer. I stripped the old backing plate clean and was able to make it home safely with 3 of the 4 braking wheels in working order.
The parts desk at Hilltop is staffed with caring and capable people who will not hesitate to do what needs to be done. While our experience was unfortunate and frustrating, the staff at Hilltop made the whole experience bearable and worked hard to ensure we got what we needed when we needed it. While we arrived a bit late for our event, we got there and were able to enjoy ourselves, and made it home on time thanks to the staff at Hilltop. If you are going to break down, there is no better place than close to Escanaba, MI and the parts desk at Hilltop RV Superstore.

I wanted to let you know what a pleasant service experience we recently had at Hilltop RV. I especially want to thank Service Advisor Jennifer for all of her help. We began experiencing wiring problems with our unit on the way north on Sunday. We camped at the RV Park behind your dealership on Monday. I came over to see if there was a chance to get it looked at sometime Monday. Jennifer was very accommodating and was able to get the unit in and assigned a technician. With the help of Twin City Ford the problem was identified and the problem corrected.
From there we traveled to Duluth and while there experienced hot water heater problems. I phoned Jennifer and asked if we would be able to have Hilltop Service the water heater on our return trip through Ishpeming. Again she did her best and was very accommodating in getting our 5th wheel in and assigned it to service technician Jim. Jim quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the unit. We were on our way quickly.
Your dealership should feel very lucky to have such accommodating people working for you.
