Kammie, just a note to let you know that the front jacks on my trailer got fixed on Saturday. The service was over the top, from the service desk to the shop the mechanic was the best he took the time to work and explain everything he was doing and why, so thanks.

Quick note to once again say "Thank You" to you and your staff for the
outstanding customer service we received yesterday! In particular, I would
like to thank Danielle, Erik and unfortunately I didn't get the name of the
tech who installed our 5th wheel hitch, nor the parts department gentleman
who gave us a ride to the mall! Those folks went "out of their way" to make
our day! Please extend to them my sincerest appreciation for their efforts!
It's employees like you and them who make folks like us keep coming back!
... (and spreading the good word about you!)

I just thought I would take a moment to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip and to thank you for your help every step of the way from my initial questions about renting to questions about paperwork and procedures to your hands on demonstration of how everything works.
The time leading up to a vacation can be very stressful, worrying about all the details and trying to make all the necessary elements come together. But thanks to you, the trailer rental was not one of those worries.
My family and I had a wonderful time. Camping with the trailer gave us quality family time like no hotel could. And thanks to a thorough walk through of all the features and operations of the uni,t everything went as smoothly as if I were an old pro. I'll definitely be thinking of renting again in the future because of this very positive experience.
With sincere gratitude.

Greetings Mr. Korpi,
First, I apologize for the length of this letter, but I feel the details of our experience are quite unique. Recently we had the distinct pleasure of discovering your facility and its services while traveling across the U.P., far from home, on our way to Mackinaw Island.
While camping at Ontanagon, we discovered some issues with our RV's hot water heater, requiring the oh so dreaded service stop while on the road, in unfamiliar territory. Checking Google, I found Hilltop RV Superstore and gave your Parts & Service department a call.
Fortunately for me, Mary Guenette was working and answered my call. I explained our dilemma to Mary and asked if she could possibly have the parts I needed for my unit. A quick check and she assured me she had what we needed. It was at this point that Mary's performance excelled, going beyond the typical parts call.
Since we were on the road between destinations, I asked if she could possibly fit us in for a service call, explaining my lack of knowledge in these repairs. Mary checked for us, then explained that there were no openings for the next two weeks. She then assured me that this repair was a simple task and, when we arrived, she would be happy to assist me in getting the part replaced. Relieved, I told her we would be there the next afternoon. She told me she would put the parts on hold for me.
When we arrived the next afternoon, I met Mary at the Parts Desk. She indeed had the parts needed and did, in fact, offer to show me how to replace the part for the water heater. When I looked at the bolt size, I knew right away I didn't have a tool large enough to accomplish this task. Mary quickly went into the Service Bay and returned with the socket and ratchet I needed to accomplish the task.
I then proceeded to get us both wet while exchanging the part on the water heater, which she never flinched from, offering to step right in the spray and help me get the part in. All the while we chatted about our trip, where we were headed, and she even shared how she had recently enjoyed Munising and the Painted Rocks beaches where we were headed next.
Afterwards, having installed the part, I returned the tools to Mary and she told me that our sales ticket was at the front desk. Inside, we were very pleased to discover that the total cost of the parts was exactly what Mary had told us on the phone and that there was no labor charge for her part in the repairs, or the use of the tools (even after getting her clothes wet). Ultimately, we also purchased an upgraded HD TV antenna.
What a relief it was for these traveling strangers to find such a business that not only had what we needed to make our repairs, but has staff such as Mary working for them, who makes every effort to help out the customer.
As you know, we tried to "tip" her for her exemplary performance, but she graciously refused the gratuity telling us it was against company policy. We then met with you and provided a "donation" for a lunch.
We can only reiterate the extreme pleasure we had in our dealings with your company's representative, Mary Guenette. Mary is a premiere example of just what so many other companies in your line of business need in dealing with the public. She is a gem, and your company shines for it. We deeply appreciate the congeniality, the integrity and the professionalism she provided in our visit. Please extend our warmest appreciation and thanks to Mary for her help.
Rest assured, if we are ever in your neck of the woods again, we will be making a stop at Hilltop RV Superstore, even if only to say hello and share some stories. And if any of our traveling friends are in your area, we will definitely recommend a stop by your store.
With best regards,
Jim & Tina Stewart

Dear Hilltop Owner/Managers,
On Saturday, April 26th 2014, we did a walk through, and picked up our 2014 Sprinter Travel Trailer. We have owned a camper of some sort for over 30 years and this is 'not' the first NEW TT we have ever purchased but it is the first new trailer we have purchased from Hilltop. Our experience was so impressive and so different from any other purchase/pickup that it justified bringing it to your attention. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Dave who sold us our trailer one month earlier and he introduced us to Max, who would be going through our new unit with us. It is difficult to express how impressed we were with this experience. Never have we been given such a thorough tour, or received such detailed info on every aspect of our trailer. We were impressed by that whole process but even more impressed by your employee. He clearly enjoys his job and is very good at what he does. He was certain to have every item working properly and made sure we were more than satisfied, leaving no question unanswered prior to letting us leave with the unit. Upon completion of the tour Max introduced us to Cheryl in your Sales Dept as he proceeded to do a little maintenance on a few little items that weren't quite right.
As impressed as we were with Max we cannot leave out the excellent service we were then given by Cherly. She spent a lot of time with us while Max was making his minor repairs and installing a stovetop suggestions and answering any question we had. She also was more than pleasant and very helpful including special ordering some items for us.
We hope you realize what an asset both of these employee's are to your business. If/when we ever purchase another RV of any kind Hilltop in Escanaba will be our very first stop, even though it is a 3 hour drive from our home in Ontonagon. You are to be commended on your selection of such capable and willing employee's. We had the pleasure of dealing with Max and Cheryl but want to add that all of the employee's we came in contact with were all very pleasant and helpful.... beginning with our salesman, and ending with one of the girls in the Service Dept giving us a big smile and well wishes upon our departure.
